Some FAQs
How do I submit my design requests?
Just write, link or upload your request to Trello in any format, be it Notion, Google Docs or a recorded video.
How many requests can I have at a time?
Add as many requests to the queue as you'd like, and they'd be delivered one by one as per the specified priority.
Why won’t I just hire a designer or an agency instead?
A full-time designer can cost $100,000 annually, and agencies even more, with payments required even when there's no work. With Because Design, you can pause your subscription anytime and pay only when needed.
After submitting a request, when can I get my designs?
Typical requests like brand concepts, landing pages and social templates are delivered within 48 hours on average. For larger requests, you'll get a deliverable every 24 hours until completion.
What if I don’t have work for a while?
You can pause your subscription anytime, and restart it when you have work later. If, say, you pause on the 24th day of your 31 day billing cycle, you'll have 7 days of service to be availed anytime in the future.
