Cancellation and Refunds

At Because Design, we are committed to providing high-quality design services on a subscription basis. However, due to the nature of our work, we have the following cancellation and refund policies in place.

Cancellation Policy:

• You can cancel your subscription at any time. Once canceled, you will not be billed for the following month. You will still have access to the design services until the end of your current billing cycle.
• If you prefer, you can pause your subscription instead of canceling it. This will temporarily stop your billing, and you can resume services when needed without losing the remaining days of the current billing cycle.

Refund Policy:

• Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer refunds. Once a payment is made for a subscription, it is non-refundable, regardless of whether you choose to cancel or pause your subscription after the billing period has started.
